Hey — I’m Clayton. My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to join our 3 bed / 3 bath apartment in West LA.

Our current roommate is relocating to Austin, so we’re looking for someone to take over a private room with their own bathroom starting May 1.

We’re on Santa Monica Blvd between Westwood and Santa Monica — super central:

~15 minutes to the beach
Walking distance to Sawtelle (great food, late-night spots)
Coffee shop right downstairs
Optional gym in the building (~$90/month)

About Us:

We’re both young professionals with active lifestyles — working out, spending time outdoors, hanging with friends, into music, etc.

We keep the place clean, relaxed, and respectful. Not a party apartment, but we’re social and have people over occasionally.

Rent: $1,650/month + utilities
Move-in: May 1
Lease: 6 months preferred, then flexible
Parking: included
Pets: open to a dog depending on fit

Easygoing and communicative
Has a steady schedule / job

Heads Up:

We are on Santa Monica Blvd, so there is occasional street noise. Worth calling out upfront for light sleepers.
