Also close to Jefferson Metro Rail and Wholefoods Market.

Share the house with just one person - a female tour guide/screenwriter, easy to get along with, cheerful, positive, will respect your space. And there's cats. They don't go in the bedrooms, but you must like cats!

3 blocks from Beverlywood-- just by the Culver City Arts District and Kaiser Permanente, minutes to anywhere on the Westside (Beverly Hills, Century City, Westwood, West Hollywood, Culver City, WLA, Santa Monica). Near the 10 fwy at La Cienega, and Jefferson/La Cienega Metrorail. Not far to the 405, Sony Studios, UCLA, Loyola, LAX.
