Looking for a quiet and respectful, preferably female presenting, chill introvert. Small get togethers are fine, but no parties; no loud music/TV. The building’s quiet time is 10PM to 10AM, so please keep that in mind. I am very clean and will be cleaning the communal areas constantly, no need to match my energy, but please keep your room clean so we don’t run risks of bugs/pests.
No smokers please, I get headaches from strong smells. I WFH some days of the week, so that sometimes means early morning phone calls, which I will try to minimize as much as possible if you are a late riser.
Tandem parking, we get a mini farmers market down our street on Sunday. Laundy room in the building.
