Hey y'all! I'm Natalie! I had someone back out last minute, so I'm looking for a great female roommate in my 2bed/1bath apartment in West LA on the cusp of Sawtelle and Brentwood!

I have a trip to Montana early next month and I'll be getting ACL surgery in the middle of March, so you'll pretty much have the place to yourself for 4-6 weeks! Ideally, you don't work from home and tend to eat out more than you cook. A 3-month minimum is required with the possibility to extend further if we're a good match

Here are the basic details:
Move In: March 1 (or sooner)
Rent: $1500/mo
Deposit: $1000
Utilities: $100-120/pp
Furnished: Partially furnished. I can provided a bed or you can bring your own!
Parking: Surface lot and street parking available.

15 min walk to Erewhon Santa Monica
25 min walk/5 min drive to Whole Foods
Close to lots of good restaurants, coffee shops, and movie theaters.

About Me:
I'm a make up artist who's also starting a western wellness brand. I'm a home body but do enjoy spending my time outdoors. I cook and bake A LOT and love spending time with my horse Rorschach. I'm orginally from Orange County, but have lived here in LA for almost 10 years now and I've also been spending a lot of time in Montana.
