We share one bathroom (deep tub, separate shower, good tile). That’s the tradeoff, and it’s why this is $1,300.

About me: queer, very clean, busy. I work from home running my startup, and I have an active Australian shepherd who lives with me and uses the backyard. We’re friendly and mostly keep to ourselves. No additional pets, no smoking.

Easy front-of-house parking with a permit. Quiet, walkable to coffee, restaurants, and museums; minutes to The Grove and Miracle Mile.
