The home is surrounded by tall hedges and features a landscaped enclosed front yard with outdoor lounge seating, leading to a private front patio with a dining area and entrance.

A large, private bedroom is available. The room is fully furnished with a quality bed, hardwood floors, and three windows overlooking a vine-covered lattice and enclosed garden space. It includes its own fridge, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, and electric pot; creating a self-contained space ideal for someone seeking privacy and independence. The room also has a dining and work area, making it easy to stay in or work from home comfortably.

The duplex has hardwood floors throughout and a porcelain-tiled kitchen. The room shares a bathroom with one other guest, and laundry is on-site with a high-end Samsung washer and dryer.

The neighborhood is quiet, residential, and known for its historic charm. It’s centrally located and close to LACMA, The Grove, the Original Farmers Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and the many cafes, bakeries, and shops along 3rd Street, Fairfax, La Brea, and Beverly.
