Historically preserved Carthay Square is very quiet upscale area with lovely duplexes, perfectly appointed lawns and peaceful neighbors. It is adjacent to Beverly Hills, Mid-Wilshire and Miracle Mile. The house is 2 blks W Fairfax and 1/2 blk south Olympic with plenty of free street parking.

Food Shopping/Dining/Museums:
A few minutes up Fairfax is Whole Foods, Trader Joes, The Grove and The Farmers Market. A few minute walk to grocery stores Vons, coffee shops Paradox and Paper or Plastik. The LACMA Museum, The Academy of Motion Pictures on Wilshire and Fairfax with Ralphs, Smart and Final. West on Third a few minutes is the Beverly Center and many cool restaurants such as Joan’s.

Transportation:
Carthay Square is centrally located a few minutes to the 10 freeway and the 405. And street driving by car is about 15-20 minutes to anywhere in LA, SM, Hollywood, or Downtown. Buses are plentiful on Olympic, Pico and Fairfax each about a 2 minute walk from the house.
