I rent a 4bd/2bth apartment. my boyfriend and I currently sleep in bedroom 1. bedrooms 2 & 4 are also already taken, so all that's left is bedroom 4. the current tenants are:
- emily (me): 26yr. woman (+2 cats)
- max (partner): 27yr. man (+1 mini austrailian shepherd)
- mike (bedroom 3): 23yr. man (+2 cats)

the apartment is 1 of 2 in the building, with the only attached neighbor being in the downstairs unit. my apartment is upstairs only. you will have to park on the street. UTILITIES + HIGH SPEED INTERNET 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗗 IN RENT PRICE. there is only one mail key and I have it. depending on how things go, I would be open to making a copy of it for you. the lease you'll sign will end July 31st, as will the rest of the tenant's leases. there is a chance I will sign another 6mo. lease at the end of this one, but if I don't and I move out, you are free to take over the lease from me and stay longer (aka. just because I move out doesn't mean you have to).

I have my couch & large TV in the living room and I am prepared to share it with everyone in the home! same for my small appliances like my water kettle, air fryer, countertop oven, rice cooker, soda machine, etc. all roomies are welcome to use my dishes as well, but I don't have many cups/glasses, so feel free to bring some of your own, if you prefer.

𝗡𝗢𝗡-𝗡𝗘𝗚𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘: VERY clean/tidy, dishes to be hand-washed daily (no dishwasher in-unit), respectful, happy to help maintain cleanliness of shared spaces (e. g. sweeping/mopping, wiping countertops, cleaning toilets, vacuuming rugs, etc.), no leaving laundry in machines for extended periods, no republicans, no kids, must be communicative with roomies when things may effect them), throw out old food...

𝗡𝗘𝗚𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘: dogs (no large breeds due to my cats, small can be discussed... MUST be bathed biweekly), birds & other exotics, smoking /tobacco, parties & guests (within reason & with all roomies agreement)...

𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗗: cats, fish, reptiles, vaping, drinking...
