A little about the home: I work from home, so I really value having a clean, comfortable, and peaceful home, but I'm also a pretty easygoing guy. I'm looking for someone who is considerate, responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and enjoys a comfortable living environment.

You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom while sharing the common areas, kitchen, and living room. Ideally, we'd have a friendly and comfortable roommate dynamic where we can each enjoy our own space while also being able to hang out, grab a drink, or chat when we're both around.
