Seeking Roommate to Share 2/bedroom, 2/Bath Apt.

Located in an extremely well maintained security complex (key fob access to all doors). It has a large pool (with changing room, BBQs and fire pit), gym, party room, mail room and laundry facilities. The apartment is on the top floor of a 3-story building with elevator (no overhead tenants). There is plenty of privacy as the bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the apartment and are separated by the living room, dining room and kitchen. I'm out for most meals and, when home, spend most of my time in an office I've set up in my room. I don't use the living room or dining room so it's always quiet and available.
Westchester is a suburb of Los Angeles and is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. One block away are a wide variety of businesses to shop and dine.
