Rooms for Rent in Lovely Westchester Home

I’m looking for a respectful housemate to share a nice, comfortable, furnished, pretty home in Westchester. I am conveniently located near the 405 and La Tijera. There is easy access to the beaches, Silicon beach, SoFi, LAX. Rent includes all utilities including fast wifi. There is plenty of street parking as it’s a residential neighborhood.

You would be sharing a 4 bedroom / 2 bath home with an active male financial services professional. I travel frequently and need someone responsible and trustworthy. I work from home and go out frequently at night to ballroom dance. I prefer someone who does not bring overnight guests, no smoking, no drugs. I am South American background, born in LA and raised in LA and New York. I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese and have lived / worked in several countries.

Eventually, there will be three of us, including me, sharing a 4 bedroom, two bath house.

The bathroom has been recently renovated. It has an awesome rain shower and vanity. Bedroom 1($1,600)is about 11 x 10 feet with a closet. Small room has an extra long twin bed, two dressers, desk and new large ceiling fan. Bedroom 2($1,700) is about 12x10 feet with an extra large closet. Bedroom 2 has a full sized bed, new ceiling fan and two large dressers with large mirror. Net rent is lower as utilities and potential occasional housekeeping are included. Most of the time, two people will be sharing one large bathroom.

I won’t be pulling your credit but would require that you show me your credit report and score online, FICO 720+. Also, I require that you have gainful employment or are a student / international with sufficient financial resources. I will ask for a housing and/or work reference.

Rent with all utilities is $1,600 / $1,700 month to month. I require a $1,600 / $1,700 security deposit. When I get a second housemate, I will likely get a housekeeper for periodic maintenance help.
