Private Bed & Bath at Playa Summit

Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to move into the second bedroom of my 2 bed/2 bath apartment at Playa Summit Luxury Apartments.
The available room includes a private bedroom, private full bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. The apartment is on the first floor with a private patio, hardwood floors, a furnished living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Since the common areas are already furnished, there's not much room for additional furniture, but the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage.
The gated community has two resort-style pools, hot tubs, and an on-site gym, and it's a beautiful, quiet place to live.
I have a friendly cat, so you'll need to be comfortable living with pets. I'm looking for someone who's respectful, communicative, and reasonably clean. I don't expect perfection, but I like keeping the shared spaces tidy, uncluttered, and comfortable for both of us.
The lease would be for 6 months, with the option to take over the lease if you're interested. I also want to be transparent that there's a good chance I won't be staying in Los Angeles for the entire school year, so you'd need to be comfortable eventually taking over the lease or helping find someone to replace my portion.
