You’d have your own private bedroom and bathroom — plus a private balcony — in a spacious 2 bed, 2 bath unit. The apartment is part of a beautiful building with great amenities, including a pool, hot tub, and fully equipped gym.

You’ll be living with one other roommate, a woman in her 20s who is super kind, respectful, and easy to live with.

Located in a great area close to the beach, movie theaters, and plenty of shopping.

Rent is $1,800/month, including utilities and parking.
