Lovely room in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood!

Hi there! We are seeking a roommate for a spare room in our 3 bedroom house. It’s an older house but has charm and is in a rare position in west LA where we are tucked away from the street. Only a few miles from the beach, we have a great ocean breeze coming in all year. My boyfriend and I are easygoing, friendly, and stable people. We are usually busy with work and being out and about, so we have a good balance of stopping for a nice chat on occasion, but we also have our own rich, social lives. We are musicians as well, so a bonus if we have a fellow creative soul, but not necessary either. It’s just more important we have mutual respect for each other. The basics, keep common areas clean, maintain clear communication, and display kindness and understanding to one another. The room includes all utilities, a parking spot on our driveway which isn’t visible from the street. Thanks for looking!
