**** SEEKING GIRL ROOMMATES PREFERABLY *** Hi! I am moving home and seeking to rent out my bedroom in Westchester, CA. Super close to 405 freeway, LAX, and only 3 miles from Marina del Rey and Playa del Rey. 12 minute drive to Venice beach.

Beautiful location with a secure parking spot (tandem parking with other roommate), on-site laundry, & a beautiful balcony.

The unit itself is a 2bedroom 2bathroom unit. My bedroom is the primary bedroom with its own private bathroom with shower. Huge space!

The roommate is a 26 year old female artist and esthetician. She’s wonderful and very fun. Very polite, mindful, and responsible. She has her own esthetician salon she runs nearby and loves girl talk, spiritual talk, and loves anime. She’s also a special effects hair and makeup artist in film, commercials and tv.

Rent for my bedroom is $1875 a month. Includes water and trash. Between you and the other roommate, Celeste, you will split electricity and internet bills.

Super quiet neighborhood with beautiful ocean breeze.

I’m moving home to be with my mom and start over a new chapter and need to find the perfect person to live with my sister and make a fun living space for each other.

The lease is officially up in October, then month to month after that. Ideally seeking someone who is open to staying through October and then if all works out, you can stay and renew the lease together or go separate ways.

Also open to shorter term rentals as well.
