My roommate is relocating for work and I’m looking for someone to takeover her 8-month lease with possible renewal.

Room is bright, spacious with tons of closet space. Option to keep current items like the queen bed frame, TV, desk, side tables & decor for free! Will clear these items if not needed.

The apartment is in a gated community with a fantastic pool area & gym. It comes with a fully furnished living room and stocked kitchen. It has high ceilings, central heat/ac and a relaxing patio. On-site laundry is a few steps down the hall. You will have an assigned parking spot in the gated garage.

About me: I’m easy going, love to cook and mostly keep to myself but also like to go out and host occasionally. I keep common areas tidy and try to follow a “no outside shoes indoors” policy as much as possible. I’m a graphic designer and work in office most of the week. What makes this place special is our very important roommate, Baloo, a playful & sweet 9 year old Corgi. He loves people (so I hope you love dogs too!) but unfortunately does not get along with other animals so no other pets please!

Credit check, proof of employment and security deposit is required by management upon application. In-person showings only. Must send rent + security deposit at least a week before March 1st.
