Private Bedroom in Westchester Duplex- Month to Month - Available January

Looking for a friendly cat-loving roommate to sublet a private bedroom in my spacious 2 bed, 1 bath duplex style apartment in Westchester (90045).
Available month to month, however a 6 month (ish) stay would be ideal. Last roommate did leave her full sized bed which will be available for free if needed.

The space:
- hardwood (laminate) floors throughout
- Large back patio with fire pit, perfect for relaxing or entertaining
- Gas stove
- Lots of storage space
- In unit laundry
- Shared garage parking (alternating weeks or open to you buying me out)

About me:
I’m a mid-30s Christian woman who has lived here for over 10 years and absolutely loves the neighborhood and my neighbors. I work from home 1-2 days a week and occasionally bartend nights on weekends as a second job. When I’m home, I’m usually watching a movie or chilling on the patio. I love occasionally entertaining and am very easy going.
I have three friendly cats. Their litter and food are kept in my room and I’m very conscious about keeping things clean to avoid any smell. Willing to incorporate another cat, but no dogs sorry.
