You will be moving into a private bedroom and your own private bathroom! It will be UNFURNISHED. Room has a sliding glass closet and storage cabinets as well. Rent is about $1267 not including utilities. You would only pay for the wifi which is usually around $60 ! The place also has an IN UNIT washer/dryer which is so convenient. Lots of safe street parking OR garage parking!
A bit about us- I am a full time nutrition consultant! I’m probably the most quiet one here! I stay in my room mostly when I’m not at work lol Other roommate is a middle school teacher who is very quiet as well! We don’t need to be besties but I’d love to get along :) apartment is also very quiet and you don’t even notice anyone else in the complex which is cool! MUST be cat friendly as we do have a few!
