We’re a couple renting out the entire ground floor with private bathroom and entrance in Playa del Rey. Our current housemate moving with her partner to a new home so we re now looking for someone new to join us. The room is available now.
This setup is perfect for someone looking for a private, secure, and well-located space that feels like their own.
The unit is completely separate from the rest of the house with its own private entrance and no shared spaces. It’s secured with a door and camera system, offering peace of mind and full privacy.
Though there’s NO FULL kitchen, the kitchenette is very well-equipped with a full-size fridge, air fryer, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker—so you won’t miss a thing.
The space is generously sized, almost like a 1-bedroom, with a large two-door closet for extra storage.
All areas shown in the photos are exclusive to the renter.
(Note: Some small details in the photos have changed, our previous tenant asked to remove certain items, but we’ve upgraded with a better fridge and air fryer. A TV and stand will be added again, or you’re welcome to bring your own.)

Rent is all-inclusive—utilities and amenities are covered, so there are no extra bills.
We require:
• A valid ID
• Proof of income
• $1850 security deposit

Availability:
The room will be available starting Sep 23. We’re open to scheduled viewings before that date.

Parking Info:
There’s always street parking available right in front of the house (we park there too). For long-term needs, we can offer a small shared space in our parking area.
