Located conveniently 6 minutes away from the LAX airport and 8 minutes away from the beach, this quiet and calming space is great for solo/business travelers. You will have a huge balcony all to yourself where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of our beautiful neighborhood, Playa Del Rey.

This is a private room with a private bathroom and balcony attached, connected to the rest of the house, a 2bed/2bath/2 story townhouse style apartment unit. Ada & Gokhan, your hosts, are a newlywed couple and will be staying in the other room. The bedrooms are downstairs next to each other, so mutual respect is expected when it comes to noise, etc. The guests will not have access to the second floor where the kitchen/living room is. We spend most of our days either outside or on the second floor, so our guests will have privacy and quiet in their own space!

The room has a queen bed, a desk & chair, a kitchenette with essential utensils, a huge balcony with a sitting area, a smart TV with Netflix, and a full bathroom with all the essentials!

Our building is located in a friendly, calm coastal neighborhood of Playa Del Rey where finding free street parking is easy. It is a great location that is a short drive away from many of the famous LA spots, such as:
