Unfortunately my long time roommate Gizelle is moving out, so I am looking for a new roommate. You might see her post, if you do, this is the same place, she's helping me out. We're looking for a move in date of November 1st, but we can be flexibleand possibly have someone move in as early as October 1st. I've been here for almost seven years, she's been here for two. We're hoping to find someone responsible and easy going.

The bathroom would be shared with the other roommate, and the room available is the one facing the street with the best light. The rooms are approximately 10x14 with a sliding closest in one, and the other is approximately 12x12 with a walk in closet. Either room is available, both have their benefits. We live in a quiet area near Sawtelle that is walking distance to Target, Trader Joes, Ralph's, and a lot of fun restaurants and entertainment. The building recently gave us a new fridge and installed a new washer and dryer in the common area.
