Hi! I'm passing on my private room at Comma Barrington (1503 S Barrington Ave, West LA 90025), a co-living building in a great part of West LA. I'm relocating for work and looking for someone to take over my lease from December through September 13, 2027. Move-in is flexible: mid-December works if you'd like to settle in before winter quarter, or early January if that suits you better.

Rent: $1,375/month, all utilities included
Term: December 2026 – Sept 13, 2027
Room: private furnished bedroom, shared bathroom
Roommates: two grad students who are quiet, friendly, and really easy to live with
Parking: available for an extra $100/month
Laundry: in the unit
Building: rooftop with grills, great for evenings and weekends
Getting to UCLA: about 20–30 minutes door to door.

Good to know: this is an official lease takeover, not an informal sublet. You apply directly with Comma Barrington's management, go through their standard screening, and sign onto the lease yourself. That means you get a real lease and deal with management directly, with no middleman.

It's a great fit if you're arriving for winter quarter (exchange students, visiting scholars, grad students) or if you just want a comfortable room through the end of summer without committing to a full year.
