My roommate just wrapped up his PhD at UCLA and is moving in with his girlfriend, so his private bedroom and private bathroom is opening up in our apartment starting September 1st.

Quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of street parking
Close to UCLA, SMC, grocery stores, cafés, the library, and Century City Mall
About 20 minutes to LAX, about 10 minutes to Santa Monica beach

Working professional, clean, respectful, chill, and rarely home — so you'll basically have the place to yourself.

Looking for someone who is:
UCLA grad student or PhD student (Preferred)
No work from home please!
Absolutely NO couch Potato (Thanks)
Clean, respectful, easygoing
Non-smoker preferred
No pets, ideally

$1,480/month
One month deposit
1-year preferred
Utilities split 50/50
First month + Deposit due at move-in
Rent due the 1st, no exceptions
