I’m moving out of this unit and need somebody to take my spot.

About the room/apartment:

Medium sized room with a large closet with built in shelving/storage. I don't plan on taking the mattress/bed frame, happy to part with it for a discount. I installed some stick-on blinds and some curtains that you may keep if you wish.

Rent is $1175 per month ($1160 + $15 per person for trash), all utilities paid separately to LADWP every 2 months (Electric/Water/Gas/Sewer)

Must pass an income/credit check.

Underground garage parking spot is included for no additional cost, there are EV charging ports if you need them.

The person who I took over this room from gave me a break on the deposit, so I'll be paying that forward. $575 total (Deposit buyout + application fee), as opposed to a full month's rent, plus the mattress/bed frame if desired.

You will have 3 roommates who all work full time and keep to themselves (2 female, 1 male). Shared bathroom with 1 roommate, washer/dryer in unit.

About the neighborhood:
Close to the 10/405 freeways, E line, Santa Monica, Westwood, Brentwood, Rancho Park, Century City. You go against rush hour traffic in the morning in all directions.

Great restaurants within walking distance, cheap gas station on Barrington/Olympic, great area all around.

Walking distance to Ralph's/Trader Joe's/Walgreens.

The neighborhood is quiet, the building is mostly younger people in their 20s/30s.
