Private room available in a two-story townhouse on the border of Santa Monica and West LA — and while it's technically a townhouse, it lives like its own separate house. Thick, sturdy walls mean we've never had a noise complaint, even with a built-in recording studio and the occasional party.

What you get:
- Your own bedroom with a private bathroom and in-unit washer/dryer
- Your own spot in the subterranean parking area, plus extra storage
- A built-in recording studio with a downstairs balcony just outside it
- Living room, kitchen, central AC and heating
- Tons of natural light and fresh ocean air

The whole place is fully furnished except your bedroom (a desk stays), and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need. Location is hard to beat: super walkable neighborhood 2 miles from the beach, easy freeway access, and central to just about every part of town.

About the utilities: water is covered — you'd just split electricity, gas, and wifi.

Who I'm looking for:
Ideally someone involved in music in some way — not required, but that's where you'd get the most value out of this place. Whether you're a gigging musician, a producer, a singer who wants to record without paying for studio time, or just someone learning guitar who wants to be surrounded by that world, the studio is here for you. I'm a musician and producer myself, so I live and breathe this stuff.

A heads up about me: I work in event production, which means odd hours and late nights — I'm a bit of a night owl. But thanks to how solidly this place is built, that's never been an issue for anyone.
