~1500 sq ft, newly renovated 2 bed / 3 bath apartment in one of the most desirable, highly walkable areas in LA. - 20 meters from the main shopping area in Sawtelle, with amazing Japanese restaurants, cafes, and shops right outside the door. I genuinely love this location so much, while I was apartment hunting I toured over 20 places in various areas around west LA and nowhere compared to the energy here! Literally anytime someone comes over they have something to say about the area and how lucky I was to find the apartment.

- 5 minutes from Trader Joe’s and Ralphs, 10 minutes from UCLA, 10 minutes from SMC, a 12-minute walk to the Metro line, 5 min walk to bus stop, and there’s a gym just a 15-minute walk! 1 min from two kareoke bars, a short bike ride to my fav dive bar, a few minutes from a bunch of cool cafes, and don’t even get me started on THE FOOD 🤤! You really don’t need a car here (though the apartment does come with a garage parking spot if you have one).

The apartment is fully furnished and beautifully decorated, and the house is fully equipped, including a stocked kitchen with everything you’d need.

I’d ideally prefer someone who doesn’t have a lot of additional furniture or belongings.

Right now my two sisters are staying with me temporarily, so there is some random stuff in the living room — that will be gone before you move in. I also bought some new plants since these pictures were taken!
