I’m looking for a great roommate to share my 2-bedroom apartment and hopefully create a comfortable, easygoing home together.

The place is really bright, cozy and fully furnished whimsically, with awesome features like parking, sunlight and a balcony. It’s in a super convenient area near SMC, UCLA, Santa Monica pier and multiple stores, so everything you need is close by. ✨

You’d have your own private bedroom (unfurnished) and bathroom. We share the common spaces. Rent is 1.6k per month + utilities (split evenly).

A little about me: my names Ixie and I’m 19 :) I love to create art in any way, I’m pretty clean, relaxed and respectful, and I like having a home that feels calm and welcoming. I enjoy painting, writing, making music and going on hikes, but I’m also totally good with quiet time and doing our own thing !

I’m hoping to find someone who’s friendly, responsible, and easy to communicate with—basically someone who’s down to keep things clean, respectful, and drama-free.
