I’m renting a 2b 2b in Sawtelle and looking for a roommate to fill the second bedroom after my current rm moves out.
My lease goes until mid July and I’m hoping my rm could take over the lease the, or find a new rm to take over the lease.
Beautiful big apartment with lots of light. You have your own bathroom with a shower.
In unit laundry!!
Mostly furnished except you’ll need a bed and possibly some bedroom things (tbd).
I have a very snuggly 20 lb dog and a very snuggly 13 lb cat.
I’m pretty clean and tidy without being fastidious. I’m a queer AFAB artist. I like to cook and am respectful of others’ things and personal space. I work from home a lot but will be out and about also.
