Seeking a new roomie to take over a spot on a joint lease. The location is right next to Sawtelle Blvd, and is also quite close to Wilshire and Santa Monica Blvd.
The room’s well lit, cozy, and will be unfurnished for a May 1st (or sooner) move in. 127 square feet, with a shared bathroom with one other roommate that’s right next to the room. Parking is in the street, though it’s pretty easy to find a spot most days. Also, we do have two parking spots in a rotating schedule, so you’ll be set every two weeks regardless!
Water and trash are included with the rent, with power being about $45 every two months and internet being $75 monthly.
You’ll have three other roommates here as well. The vibe’s been really relaxed with everyone and we tend to be a quiet group overall. We all support maintaining the shared spaces of course.
Requirements: On top of the $775 deposit, paid to me as the outgoing roomie, you’ll have a $500 addendum-to-the-lease fee as well (one time payment). You’ll also be asked to complete an application and background check.
That’s really it! The room and apartment have been great, and it’s a bummer to leave the location, but take it as evidence that you’ll love being here!
