Roomate Wanted $1,300 - Large Bedroom in Brentwood

Looking for a respectful roommate for a colorful, modern two bedroom spacious apartment in Brentwood/West LA (90025) 2.8 miles from UCLA and just off of Wilshire Blvd. Three miles from the Santa Monica Beach.

Interested in a reliable person with solid personal references to move into the larger master bedroom ASAP for a month-to-month lease. Tandem covered parking, new washers and dryers in building, many nearby restaurants, local Trader Joe’s and Ralph’s (both 1/2 mile away) and located in a pleasant neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

I have a small Australian Shepherd named Hank that is super mellow and well trained so he won’t mess with your stuff or go into your room. The apartment offers lots of natural light, is clean and has a pleasant roommate (that’s me). Applicant should be on the same page about certain day-to-day things. -The bedroom will be furniture free except for the black dresser in the photos (I can remove it if you prefer a blank slate).

About me: I’m an easygoing person with a positive attitude. I hope you are too :) I enjoy cycling, and go out to 50’s swing dancing events in addition frequenting art shows and am at my girlfriend’s place often times on the weekends. I honor other people’s rights and personal space. Ideally, I would like to maintain a healthy, respectful roommate scenario.

Bills and cleaning responsibilities are split 50/50.
