Looking for a clean, respectful roommate to join our peaceful home in West LA!
The apartment is conveniently located near Sawtelle and Santa Monica Blvd, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and gyms within walking distance.
One of the best things about living here is the neighborhood itself—it's incredibly safe, clean, and quiet. Both the police station and fire station are just a couple of blocks away, and everyone in the neighborhood is friendly and respectful.

You'll be living with:
* One female sports writer/actor who works both from home and on location, depending on assignments.
* One female manager at a tech startup.
We're open to roommates of any gender or background (including LGBTQ+). Ideally, we'd love someone who works outside the home since both of us work remotely quite a bit, but finding the right fit is much more important than where you work.
We're both independent, respectful, and definitely not party people, so we're hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle and a stable job or income.
