Room available in 3br/3ba apt. in Sawtelle

Second-largest room with private en suite bathroom (and huge closet) available starting April 1st right by Brentwood/Sawtelle/Santa Monica. Photo at the end to give you an idea of what can fit (queen size bed, dresser, nightstand; not pictured is a computer desk on the other side of the bed). Apartment has central AC/Heat, in-unit washer/dryer, and patio. Street parking only but not usually an issue to find close-by parking (unless you come home late). Rent is $1475/month + utilities and wifi split three ways (usually ~$75/month per person). Security deposit is also $1475. Apartment is month-to-month, but we'd like to find someone who wants to stay at least six months.

You'd be living with two others: late-20s female who works in entertainment and early-40s male who works as a tutor. Also the cutest ESA pomsky ever. No other pets allowed, unfortunately.

We're looking to find someone stable, clean, and respectful. We're down for occasional game/movie nights but tend to keep to our rooms most of the time while home (an introvert's dream!). Our current roommate who's moving out owns most of the living room furniture, so we have room for yours if you'd like to bring it.
