Room for rent in Brentwood

Hello this this private room with private bathroom in Brentwood. The unit comes with a large patio space and full kitchen and private half bath. The unit also comes with a parking spot in the back of the building for an additional fee. Otherwise street parking is always very easy. Lease type is month to month but ideally we are looking for someone to stay at least a year.

You would be living with two male roommates in our mid 20’s. One works at the federal building in Westwood and one works as an accountant in Brentwood. Both are quiet and clean. Looking for someone who is seems like a good fit and is looking for somewhere nice and clean to live as well. Move in is March 1st.

Cost of Rent is $1220 a month. Utilities are $75 a month. Security deposit is the same as one months rent so $1220. Application to be added to the lease is $50. Proof of employment and background check are required.
