My roommate and I are looking for a female roomie to join us in West LA! Ideal move-in is for November 16th, but can be November 27th. The total is $1091 + utilities + 1 mo. security deposit and we do have a cat. There is a bedroom available with plenty of closet space and a window AC unit + ceiling fan. It comes with washer/dryer + street parking. We have both a front yard and backyard! Easy access to UCLA and the beach by bus. Walking distance to Trader Joe's, sushi, and donuts! The house has 1 shared bathroom (complete with shower and bathtub!)

A little about us... we are both mid-twenties. I'm a social worker and my roommate is an MBA grad student/dancer. I am very connected with my nearby church community and love to host church and small group gatherings occassionally.
