Bright room with French doors opening to the large backyard. 11'10" x 9'10" (116 sq ft). There is a full-sized closet with shelves and a hang rack. Full-length mirror doors on closet. Located <5 minutes from the 10 and the 405, it is <3 miles from UCLA and a bus ride away. Large front and back yard with side patio/seating area. Main house is occupied by PhD student (owner) in late 30s with 11 yo daughter (part time) and back unit is occupied by working professional female in early 50s. One shared kitchen among house. One shared bathroom with one other tenant. All current occupants are extremely clean and considerate, and housemate must be as well. Non-destructive dogs and other pets considered, must get along with 3 current (friendly) dogs. No smoking.

If you need parking, a street parking permit would be $22.50/four months. Tenant would pay one-quarter of utilities (unless excessive electricity, like AC, is used), or about $100/month.
