Hello!

We’re looking for a roommate for our 3bdr 2bath home in West LA. The house has a lot of natural light, a large front yard and backyard, garage space, citrus trees, as well as ample street parking and driveway parking.

Rent is $1435 per month and security deposit is $1290. Utilities approx. $155 per month including water, gas, electric, fast wifi, sanitation.

Quick access to UCLA, the 10, the 405, Santa Monica beaches, and nightlife in Venice.

Washer/dryer and dishwasher. And chest freezer in garage.

We want to keep the shared areas really clean and clutter free.

Your roommates will be two working professionals Sam (35m), Abby (25f) and Koobi (5yr old dog)🐶

August 1st move in, but can be flexible with move in dates if you need earlier or want a slow move in!
