If you are looking to live with one other friend for a 2BR+2BA ($3000= $1600+$1400), I will give you priority over the other potential female tenant.

*This is a housemates and partially furnished condo situation. I will be out of the country for work till at least September 2025 shortly after you move in. If you prefer furnished bedrooms, $225/month/room.*

Potential housemate: She is 30 years old and works for a health brand as a formulator. She enjoys a clean, laid-back home with easy open communication. She is in the office Monday through Thursday and works from home on Fridays.
