Luxurious 2B2B West LA

Any Westsiders looking for a place in Sawtelle / Brentwood? My roommate is leaving end of October, so room would be available Nov 1.

It's a great location in the heart of Sawtelle / Brentwood (Bundy / Santa Monica) with easy access to Whole Foods, Starbucks, Trader Joes and the various restaurants/shops in the area. The unit itself is very new (only 10 years old) and is a luxurious and massive 1,760 sq foot apartment. It is a 2 bed and 2.5 bath unit on the first floor

Very spacious with lots of closet space, AC/heat, tandem parking in a covered area, laundry in unit. Deposit and whatnot TBD, would prefer a year long lease.

I'm pretty chill/quiet and tend to stay in during the week, but try to keep relatively busy on weekends. Looking for someone on a similar wavelength, professional, clean, no smoking, etc. I work from home, but open to someone who also works from home or has a hybrid schedule of some kind.
