We've got a private room that just opened (and it has the biggest closet in the unit) and it shares a bathroom with one other room/person. We are just a bunch of working professionals in our late 20s, early 30s that are teaming up to keep our rents low, the rent is only $1,100 + Utilities/WiFi (which is usually just a ~$150-200/month). It's a really solid spot, I have been here for almost 10 years and I haven't left because I've never found a better bang for the buck in this area, it is a nice hood with lots to do and eat. In general, we are all pretty active, whether out having a good time or working. We generally become good friends with most of our roommates, but you're also fine to keep to yourself if you prefer. Then we have two here otherwise, one in construction and the other is a videographer. We are all respectful of each other.
