We've got a private room that just opened. This room shares a bathroom with one other person. We are just a bunch of working professionals between 25-35 that are teaming up to keep our rents low, the rent is only $1,100 + Utilities/WiFi (which is usually just a ~$100/month). It's a really solid spot, I have been here for almost 10 years and I haven't left because I've never found a better bang for the buck in this area, it is a nice hood with lots to do and eat. In general, we are all pretty active, whether out having a good time or working. We generally become good friends with most of our roommates, but you're also fine to keep to yourself if you prefer.
