Room available near Santa Monica/UCLA

We've got a private room that just opened with it's own balcony and it shares a bathroom with one other room/person. We are just a bunch of working professionals in our late 20s, early 30s that are teaming up to keep our rents low, the rent is only $1,100 + Utilities/WiFi (which is usually just a ~$150-200/month). If you're interested, be happy to give you an in-person tour or send pics. It's a really solid spot, I have been here for almost 10 years and I haven't left because I've never found a better bang for the buck in this area, it is a nice hood with lots to do and eat. In general, we are all pretty active, whether out having a good time or working. We generally become good friends with most of our roommates, but you're also fine to keep to yourself if you prefer. All good either way. Looking for a Sept move in! I currently live here with my Fiance, we are both working professionals, and then we have two UCLA post-grad students here otherwise.

I am open to shorter than 6 month stays, but will ask for more rent if that is preferred, $1,300 + Utilities in that case.
