We've got a private room that just opened. This room shares a bathroom with one other person. We are just a bunch of working professionals between 25-35 that are teaming up to keep our rents low, the rent is only $1,100 + Utilities/WiFi (which is usually just a ~$50-100/month). If you're interested, be happy to give you an in-person tour, send a video tour or do a FaceTime. It's a really solid spot, I have been here for almost 10 years and I haven't left because I've never found a better bang for the buck in this area, it is a nice hood with lots to do and eat. In general, we are all pretty active, whether out having a good time or working. We generally become good friends with most of our roommates, but you're also fine to keep to yourself if you prefer. All good either way. Looking for a ASAP to April, 1, 2025 move in! I currently live here with my wife, we are both working professionals. I'm in Marketing, my wife Vic is in Finance. Then we have two here otherwise, one female, Laura, in finance and the other, female, Reagan is in school/works. We are all respectful of each other.

I am open to shorter than 6 month stays, but will ask for more rent if that is preferred, $1,250 + Utilities in that case.
