Location: (West of the 405, North of the 10 freeway, Santa Monica blvd x Wilshire blvd x Bundy) 2 miles from UCLA, and 25 Blocks from Santa Monica Pier.

This is a recently refurbished apartment. It is one of the the nicer units in the building. The entire unit has wood flooring and the kitchen has granite countertops, Oven/range, dishwasher, full sized fridge. Nearby stores: There is a Ralphs and a Target within 2 blocks, additionally several restaurants and bars close by.
