Room Features:
- 10' x 13' room (+ 6' x 2.5' closet and 4' x 2.5' desk nook)
- 3 windows provide plenty of light in the room and breezy air flow
- Full closet and overhead storage space

House features:
- Walking distance (5 blocks) to restaurants and shops on Sawtelle
- Storage space in shared garage
- Large backyard with string lights, citrus and persimmon trees
- In-unit laundry and shared kitchen space
- Driveway parking (or permitted street parking for ~$40/year)
- Easy access to both 405 and 10 freeways. 15 min drive to the beach.
- Note: backyard furniture is owned by roommate moving out and will likely be taken with him

About the roommates:
- We like to keep a friendly atmosphere in the house but often have different schedules. Looking for someone who is easy-going and a good communicator.

Application fee with landlord has $30 fee. Security deposit for $1190 due at move in paid out to the previous roommate.
