Quiet, clean, and safe private bedroom (single occupancy) and shared bathroom in this West LA house available for rent for $1075/month available staring February 1, 2026.

There are seven bedrooms and three bathrooms in this house. You will be sharing the bathroom with two other females who are quiet and clean. The other occupants are female tenants in their 20's (working professionals and students/alumni at UCLA and SMC). Looking for a female tenant only.

Housekeeper comes twice a month to clean the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, but not the bedrooms).

Security deposit is $1075, refundable within 21 days after moving out

The room can be furnished with a twin bed, desk, and chair upon request. If you would like to bring your own furniture, that's fine too. There are kitchenware here too. You just need to bring your own toiletries and bedding.

Rent includes all utilities (gas, power, wifi, water). No cable TV though.

Available February 1, 2026. Prefer long term tenant > 6 months

Washer and dryer inside, free of charge, no coin needed.

Street parking is free and always available.

House rules: No smoking and no pets whatsoever. No candles or hot plates (to prevent fires).

If you cook you must remain in the kitchen (to prevent fires).

Overnight guests are limited to 5 nights in a month.

Location: near corner of National Blvd and Westwood Ave, right next to Freeway 10 and 405, within steps to Big Blue Bus #8, about 3 miles away from UCLA and Santa Monica College.
