Quiet and private bedroom & shared bathroom in this house available for rent $1025/month starting June 1, 2024. Looking for someone quiet, clean, and respectful.

There are total of 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this house. The other housemates are female students/alumni (UCLA, Santa Monica College) and working professionals. Since the roommates are all female, prefer a female tenant.

Share bathroom with 2 other female roommates.

Rent includes all utilities (gas, power, wifi, water). No cable TV though.

Security deposit is $1025, refundable within 21 days when you move out.

Available for move in on June 1, 2024.

Fully furnished with a twin bed, desk, and chair. You can bring your own furniture if you prefer.

My housekeeper comes twice a month to clean the common areas (bathroom, kitchen, and living area) but NOT the bedrooms.

Washer and dryer inside, free of charge, no coin needed.

Street parking is free and always abundant.

No smoking and no pets whatsoever. No candles or hot plates (to prevent fires).

House rule: you have to wash dishes immediately and clean up after yourself.

Overnight guests are limited to 5 nights in a month.

Location: near corner of National Blvd and Sawtelle Blvd , right next to Freeway 10 and 405, within steps to Big Blue Bus #8, about 3 miles away from UCLA and Santa Monica College.
