Incredible Price 2BR +2B (one room available)

This is a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom apartment in West LA. One block from Santa Monica true City Limits. 15 minutes to the beach, 5-10 min to the 405 and 10 freeways.

The local area is great for day to day living. You'll find tons of corner shops, Starbucks, UPS Store, plenty of good grocery stores and decent restaurants within walking distance. But it's not like Ocean Park or Beverly Hills. I love it because it is very affordable and still close to the beach and Century City Mall. I tend to go out with friends towards Venice, Silicon Beach, Ocean Park, etc..

The room for rent has a large closet, large window, and would have access to the nicer bathroom that has a full bath/shower, medicine cabinet, under sink storage, a window, ceiling heater, nice lights, and sink.

The room itself has a desk, office chair and queen size bed available that are all barely used. The prior roommate left them behind but had the bed covered in plastic while he was using it, so... we can throw it out if you prefer to bring your own, but it is there if you need it.

I currently stay in the other bedroom with only a standup shower and no window, but slightly larger space wise.

The living room is decent size. I have a coffee table, (3) seater leather recliner couch, art on the walls, aquarium, TV stand, 65" 4K smart TV with HBO MAX, Amazon, Disney, Paramount, ESPN and Apple. Currently running ultra fast spectrum Internet (gig). Air conditioning (not often needed as a ground floor unit with shade and a large sliding door to the patio giving it nice airflow. But at the peak heat, the AC does the job. There's also a nice built in heater in the ceiling in every room so you can heat your space individually or collectively during the coldest months.

The kitchen functions well. I cook less than I used to, but I'm a great cook if you ever want to collab on dinner. There is a new refrigerator, blender, air fryer, stove, oven and microwave. A lot of kitchen storage. Happy to share my pots and pans as long as they are respected. Granite counters! I like to keep it clean and have both trash + recycle bins.

The nice dining table is in the space next to a window and adjacent to the kitchen.

There is also a patio setup as a nice outdoor hangout space. There is a large walk in living room closet with tons of storage space. There is also an outdoor lockable storage cabinet for our unit. Street parking isn't bad at all. There is always a spot nearby.

I work hybrid remote/in office for a fortune 500 corporation.

All types of people with all backgrounds are welcome (except drugs, crime, inconsistent income, etc.). Clean and considerate! If you're willing to share the cleaning responsibility, great! If not, we can split the cost of a cleaning service. Have lived with female friends on multiple occasions in college and after. I promise I am respectful and expect the same boundaries you would want from me. The bedroom can be fitted with a locking door. Mine already has one..

I understand what it's like to move in with someone new. So if you're considering this place, let's talk. We can get to know each other's preferences for stuff and work together on things like food and cleaning or whatever else. I'm pretty easy going besides not wanting to live in a filthy environment with dishes piling up overnight ;)
