I’m looking for a roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Sawtelle/West LA. The room is month-to-month but I would ideally be looking for a longer-term roommate. Location: Sawtelle/West LA (near great Japanese restaurants, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and close to the beach!)
Rent: $1,426 / month
Utilities: ~$100–$200/month (varies seasonally)
Parking: Complimentary gated private parking space (no street parking headaches!)
Private Bathroom: Included in the rent
Laundry: Facilities in the building
Dog: My well-trained husky, Luna, lives here too—so must be cool with dogs!

About Me (Your Potential Roommate!)

Hi, my name is Diego, I’m in my late-twenties and work at a TikTok influencer agency (and yes haha I've definitely worked with some people you for sure know). I’m originally from the Bay Area but now living here in LA (and I lived in NYC before this!). My background is in photography and design within the fashion industry (I even went to Parsons School of Design in NYC for college)! When I’m not working, I’m often out of the house at queer events around town or traveling, thrifting, working out, going to festivals, collecting houseplants, or hanging out with my besties.
I would say that I have a laid-back, friendly vibe but also value keeping the apartment clean, organized, and a peaceful place to unwind.

Looking for a Roommate Who:

Keeps the space clean & organized (I’m not a neat freak, but let’s not live in chaos lol)
Communicates openly & respectfully
Has a steady income & is reliable with rent
LGBTQ+ friendly (I’m a gay man!)
Is totally down to hang out but also respects personal space when needed!
Also, no additional pets at this time, unfortunately! Luna is a sweetheart, but she’s already the queen of the apartment.

The Apartment & Neighborhood:

Located in Sawtelle/West LA, this place is perfectly situated — walking distance to some of LA’s best ramen, sushi, and boba spots, close to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods & Erewhon, and just a short drive or bike ride to Santa Monica & Will Rogers! It’s also super convenient for getting to WeHo, Culver City, and the east side as well, without too much LA traffic most of the time!

Move-in Date:
May 1st, but I can be flexible if you need to move in a little later.
