About the room: -Shared bathroom (with your own sink) -Comes with new queen sized bed + bed frame -Desk and chair -Coffee table
About billing; -Lease is month to month -Utilities are split amongst all roommates (no higher than $100)
There are currently 4 lovely people living in this space. They are all responsible, kind, communicative and overall kept to themselves. We typically try to do things together when we have free time (do gatherings, make dinners, )
