Looking for a housemate to take over the private guest bedroom and bathroom at my bright, cheerful bungalow-inspired condo on the Beverly Hills / WeHo border.

About the unit: The quiet, fully-furnished second bedroom sits on the opposite side of the master suite ensuring maximum privacy for rest or work. I live in the master suite. This is the largest floorplan in the building. Tenant will have complete access to (i) their own private bedroom and bathroom, (ii) common areas including the kitchen and living areas and oversized balcony, and (iii) a tandem parking space. 6 laundry machines are located in the garage and accessible by a mobile app. Access to the building lobby is controlled by a keypad and access to the condo unit is controlled by an accessible SmartLock. I just finished remodeling the unit this Spring, and it features all-new floors, lighting, kitchen appliances, decor and bathrooms. The unit is above the garage so there are no tenants below and a quiet, elderly woman above. The unit only shares one wall with a neighbor on the master side so a new tenant would not have to worry.

About the neighborhood: Doheny Drive is a quiet, pristine, and iconic neighborhood where Beverly Hills borders West Hollywood. The "Golden Triangle" is perfectly located just a short walk between LA's finest luxury shopping on Rodeo Drive and Robertson Blvd and the night life of Santa Monica Blvd and the Sunset Strip, which feature many of LA's finest restaurants and liveliest entertainment. I am a short drive to the beach. This is a prime location in a cozy, palm tree-lined drive across the street from the illustrious Beverly Hills Four Seasons hotel, and one block away from multiple grocery stores. The streets are quiet and family-friendly, away from the crazy traffic of LA with plenty of greenery and parks nearby. You will be less than a half-mile from Cedars Sinai Medical Center, one of the premier hospitals in the world. This is truly the greatest neighborhood to explore LA.

About me: I am a 29-year old male investment banker working remotely. I've lived in LA six years since I came to law school at USC from Arizona. I work from home in my bedroom during most weekday hours, which are very long. I enjoy cooking for friends, making coffee, and the occasional drink, though my bar doesn't get used enough.
