West Hollywood room for rent in four bed house

Hi! I have a room for rent in my house in California for $1000 + utilities, located in WeHo. The house is a 10 minute walk from The Grove, a shopping center / mall / farmers market. It is also a 5 minute walk to Trader Joes, and other super markets for your convenience in your food hauls haha

We are three girls looking for one more to join our lease. For utilities, we pay water, electric and wifi. Sublet is fine if that is preferred, we can discuss more when we meet and do a sublease. But we are looking for someone who wants to do at least 6+ months and obviously a year is ideal sublet then

We are looking to fill the room by the end of this month or early November. Room is unfurnished but comes with a full size memory foam mattress and frame. It's the room upstairs so it has a cool triangle ceiling to it. There is a window that faces the backyard and an AC is already installed in the room.

Backyard as well has our private parking and where to access the laundry room, it's separate from the house--- just to give an idea on the size we have
