Renting a bedroom in a large apartment in the Hollywood Media District in a quiet, walkable area. Apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room that bring in a ton of natural light as well as hardwood floors throughout. The bedroom is furnished (bed, bookshelf, two nightstands) with a walk-in closet. There is in-unit washer/dryer for laundry.

There's a back bonus room with a large sectional sofa, TV, desk and Peloton bike that opens to a large back balcony/patio with great views of the sunset.

I'm a PR consultant who works from home most days. I play a lot of tennis so that keeps me busy a lot of nights and weekends. I have a dog, Gambit, who is very well-behaved and loves people.

$1750/month + shared utilities (roughly $250-300 each for LADWP, YouTubeTV, ADT security, SoCal gas and Spectrum Internet)

Open to another dog (40 lbs or less).
