Master Bedroom in Weho House $1600 Starting 10/1

about the room: your rent will be $1600 for the MASSIVE (unfurnished) space in the first 3 images! in-room AC, natural light, and plenty of outlets that are all functional. you’ll also have the downstairs hallway bathroom all to yourself. utilities not included but typically run between $60-70 per person
(PS: rent does have the potential to be decreased with a room that could be sublet as a 4th bedroom - you’d be sharing the bathroom with them)

about the house: we live in an incredibly spacious 3-bedroom house with a front AND backyard, as well as two parking spots and free street parking for guests. our living room has a window unit AC, and our kitchen has all the appliances and gadgets you could ask for (dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, air fryer, instant pot, rice cooker, ninja blender) we also have a washer and dryer!

about the area: we live in the heart of weho, just a five-minute walk from santa monica blvd and melrose ave! the area is incredibly walkable, with access to trader joe’s, target, whole foods, and plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and a couple little parks. we are also right by the 4 and 217 bus lines!
about the roommates: you’ll be living with two fabulous folks (if i do say so myself) soph (25NB) and petra (25F)! we both work full time hours and keep ourselves pretty busy outside of the home, but you can find us cooking or chatting in the communal areas as well! I (soph) am also on a sketch comedy team at the pack theater that meets for rehearsals in the living room on tuesday nights, so you’ll have the utmost pleasure of overhearing some free comedy

what we need from you: if you’re a good fit, you’ll submit an application to the property management company with proof of income (most recent 2-3 consecutive pay stubs) and bank statements from the last two months.
