26F seeking roommate for Hollywood 2Bed2Bath

Spacious Hollywood 2 bedroom, 2 bath with tandem parking, on-site laundry, and a pool.

Hi all! My roommate is moving in with her bf at the end of September so I am currently looking for a quiet, respectful, clean female roommate around my age (26F) to take over her spot on our lease and move in September 30th.

Our landlord is pretty strict about the income & credit requirements for the replacement, so I have included screenshots of his exact stipulations in this post to ensure you will be eligible. My (soon-to-be former) roommate does have a cat, but unfortunately our landlord did say no dogs :((

RENT: $1300 + 50% utilities + $1250 security deposit

Application fee: $40

* The apartment did not come with a fridge, so we rent one for about $22 each per month
* Wifi is $30.82 each
* Our LADWP bill generally ranges from $40-$60 each

* Located near Fairfax & Sunset within walking distance from Bristol Farms, Trader Joes, the Laugh Factory, the Landmark Theatre on Sunset, as well as tons of fun restaurants & cafes

Note: the majority of the furniture belongs to my roommate, so the living room and dining area are pretty much all subject to change, depending on what she can move into her new place. I would love to collab on decor, and if you have any living/dining room furniture, we will most likely have room for it!

A little about me: I’m originally from Illinois, I’ve been in LA for about 3 years & I work in office Monday-Friday nearby. I love going to comedy shows, collaging & hiking around our area. I don’t often have people over at our apt, but I make sure to check in before inviting guests and am looking for a like-minded roommate.
